24. Masterclass with Kirsten Pendreigh

24. Masterclass with Kirsten Pendreigh

Our youngest readers and future writers will be inspired to play, create, and imagine in this interactive Masterclass with returning favourite children’s author, Kirsten Pendreigh. Kids will dive into a fascinating underwater adventure as Kirsten introduces the wondrous creatures of the sea (and all their fascinating sounds!) in What Fish Are Saying, and get up close with the extraordinary ecosystem of a nurse log in When a Tree Falls. Primary students will have tons of fun, and leave with their minds brimming with stories. Grades 1–3.

Presented thanks to the generous support of The Pitfield Family in memory of Ebie Pitfield.

Themes: Picture books, nature, earth sciences, onomatopoeia, conservation
Curriculum Connections: Science K-3, English Language Arts K-3
