Charmaine de Silva

CHARMAINE DE SILVA spent almost two decades as a journalist and leader in some of Canada’s best newsrooms.  As an award-winning reporter, anchor and news director, she helped innovate the industry, increase diversity, equity and inclusion in news organizations, and challenge norms. Charmaine now uses that same passion and a creative and strategic lens in her role as a Senior Account Director at Hill & Knowlton in Vancouver.
