Join us for a special evening with bestselling author Rachel Reid as we celebrate the deluxe hardcover release of Heated Rivalry!

This ticketed event will feature a 45-minute conversation with Rachel moderated by Global News anchor Sophie Lui, followed by an extended audience Q&A. Each $70 ticket includes a copy of the new Heated Rivalry deluxe hardcover edition, complete with a signed custom bookplate.

The deluxe hardcover edition of Heated Rivalry features metallic sprayed edges, special cover effects, a stamped foil case, and full-color endpapers showcasing never-before-seen character art, making it the ultimate collector’s edition of Rachel Reid’s beloved enemies-to-lovers romance and global sensation.

The event will take place at St. Andrew’s-Wesley United Church on Monday, October 5 at 7:30 PM. Tickets are priced at $70 and will go on sale on July 10 at 9am.

Please note that there will be no signing line or meet and greet at this event. Additional books will be available for purchase on-site through Book Warehouse, a division of Black Bond Books.

Rachel Reid

RACHEL REID is the New York Times bestselling author of the Game Changers series, which has been adapted into the smash hit television series, Heated Rivalry. Rachel has always lived in Nova Scotia, Canada, and will likely continue to do so. She has two boring degrees and two interesting kids. Sophie Lui

SOPHIE LUI is the Anchor of Global News at 5 and Co-Anchor of Global News Hour at 6. She previously co-hosted Global News Morning and Global Weekend Mornings and still has not quite made up for the 10 years of lost sleep.  Born and raised in the Lower Mainland, she has been a news junkie for as long as she can remember. A graduate of BCIT’s Broadcast Radio program, she worked at several news radio stations before turning to television news at CHEK-TV in Victoria and then moving back to Vancouver to work at Global BC.
