2024 Festival:
October 21–27

2022

Reading List

Welcome to our 2022 Festival Reading List!

This fall, the Vancouver Writers Fest returns to in-person programming on Granville Island, with over 115 authors in dozens of events across the island and in Vancouver. The Reading List represents a majority of the authors who will be appearing at the Festival from October 17—23.

Along with our 2022 Guest Curator Omar El Akkad, and our Spoken Word Curator Jillian Christmas, we’re excited to have assembled this list of books to delight, entertain, and inspire. With a generous balance of emerging and established authors, youth and adult titles, and a wide array of genres, there is something for everyone in these pages.

Download the Reading List below, or pick up a physical copy outside Festival House on Granville Island, or at Book Warehouse locations in Vancouver.
