Submissions are now open for the 2024 Youth Writing Contest!

The High School Youth Writing Contest is open to all writers in grades 8-12 who are attending a school or being taught in a home-school environment in British Columbia. Please read the contest rules before submitting your story here. The deadline for submissions is May 31, 2024.

Entries are judged blind. Please do not put your name anywhere in the file you upload, or in the file name. Entries are accepted as DOC, DOCX, or PDF files. Please use standard margins, 12-point font and double spacing.

This High School Youth Writing Contest is only open to students from grades 8-12 living in British Columbia. Your entry will not be considered if you do not meet these eligibility requirements.
