Friday, October 19
8:30pm
Waterfront Theatre

1412 Cartwright St, Vancouver

Three literary heavyweights from across the pond share the stage in Vancouver for an erudite, passionate conversation about their works, currently enthralling the British Isles and much of the rest of the world. Moderated by John Freeman, this panel offers the opportunity to bask in the creative thinking of international talent, providing a new perspective on modern fiction. Aminatta Forna (Happiness) is a reporter, writer and Commonwealth Writer’s Best Book Award winner. Deborah Levy (The Cost of Living) has been producing exceptional writing since the mid-80s and now astonishes with her set of memoirs. Sarah Winman (Tin Man) is both an author and actor who captured the public mind and heart with When God Was a Rabbit. This really is the best of British.
