Amber Dawn


Amber Dawn is a writer and creative facilitator living on unceded Coast Salish Territories (Vancouver, Canada). She is the author of four books including the Vancouver Book Prize-winning How Poetry Saved My Life: A Hustler’s Memoir and the novel Sub Rosa which won the Writers’ Trust of Canada Dayne Ogilvie Prize. She has also edited two anthologies of queer literature. Her latest novel, Sodom Road Exit, probes themes of systemic poverty, trauma, vengeful ghosts and lesbian desire.
